Terms

These terms are between you and Macleod Labs for Fractal: the hosted engine, the free client, the site and the app.

The service

Fractal analyses and changes the code your client sends for a job, and shows the result on the board. A change is written to your repo only when you apply it. You review it and you are responsible for what you apply.

Price and seats

• Free while Fractal is in preview, with no plan needed. When billing starts, $49 per user per month, announced here first.
• Each person who runs jobs holds a seat. A team's owner buys seats and invites members; a member has access while the team is paid and the member holds a seat.
• Seats can be added or removed at any time, prorated by Stripe. A team with more members than seats cannot invite more until it adds seats; nobody is cut off mid-job.
• Cancel at any time from the billing page; access lasts to the end of the paid period.
• Models are paid by you, through your own model account or key, never through us.

Your code

Your code stays yours. We use the files your client sends only to run your job, and delete them when it ends (see Privacy). Send only code you have the right to send.

Fair use

Don't use Fractal to attack others, to get around its limits, or to resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty

Fractal is provided as it is. Its board shows evidence and risk; it does not promise that a change is correct. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.

We will email you before these terms change in a way that matters to you.
